Exquisite corpse by Rosalinda Olvera, Samantha Sidwell, Adrien Urbalejo, Brittney Hedman & Skylar Jensen

Where I Lie In The Forest

Forest trees
Green with leaves
They fall onto the moss covered ground
I wonder what could lie beyond me

I wonder if my body would leave an imprint of where I fell
Maybe if it did, who would notice

Where I fell off?
This is where I lie now

If I ask for help I wonder if anyone will hear me
Do I even need it?

Do I even want to know who would miss me?
Would I miss me?
Would I miss what I had in this world?

Am I burning?
Is this fire engulfing me, or am I becoming a flame?
Or am I drowning in the deep end of the pool

Hoping that the water will swallow me?
How I long for my days with those trees
