The Cover Artist
Mysti S. Milwee is an internationally award-winning and published artist, synesthesia artist (paints to music), book cover illustrator, screenwriter, poet, writer, and lyricist from Southside/Gadsden, Alabama. She is the author of “Human Reaction: Life Lessons Expressed in the Poetry of a Native American Woman's Soul.”
Her poetry and art appears in over 2,500 publications across the globe. Her works are being used for academic and ministry studies across the globe, and through various art and literature programs and mentoring aspiring and emerging writers and artists fulfill their goals in over 10 countries. She is the recipient of the 2020 Global Arts & Literary Culture Award; 2020 International Native American Literary Translation Award; 2020 Global Arts & Humanities Award; 2020 International Artist of the Year; 2020 Best Screenplay “The Loner”; 2020 Best Short Story for Documentary; 2020 International Spiritual Arts & Literacy Leadership Award; 2020 Best Lyrics for Music Video; 2020 International Key to Success Award; 2020 International Golden Feather Leadership Scholar, 2019 International Art Mentorship Award in Barcelona, Spain; and numerous other awards. She serves as an International Art Ambassador, and is a member of the International Association of Professional Writers and Editors, International Pen Association Group, and other affiliations and organizations across the globe, and is a 2021 Push Cart Prize Nominee. She is the “Poet Laureate” of Fire Eagle Ministries in Camden, Arkansas, and is the editor, publisher, and translator of her online publication Sequoyah Cherokee River Journal, and the forthcoming S.L.A.T.
